ENGLISH REQUIREMENT FOR FOUNDATION IN SCIENCE

  • Candidates who scored lower than B+ in SPM English Language will have to take the SE004 Basic English subject before taking the SE005 English Foundation subject in the foundation year.
  • Candidates with a minimum grade of A2 in UEC English Language, Band 3 in MUET, 4.0 in IELTS, grade C in O-Level or IGCSE or SPM English 1119, are exempted from SE004 Basic English and SE005 English Foundation. Other equivalent qualification can be exempted on case-by-case basis.
