Terms & Conditions for service fee provided by Pioneer Education services Sdn. Bhd.

• The paid fees includes all the services written in the service contract items (First and second package)
• Refund policy:The client must request for refund officially via email mentioning the reason of refund request, after that the request shall be revised by our internal committee and if the request is approved, the money will be refunded within 3 working days.
