Pioneer Program Description
The Diploma in Mechanical Engineering program is designed to prepare students for a professional career in engineering industries and to articulate to Bachelor in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering fields. This program is conducted on a learner-centric basis, which encourages dual directional interaction between students and lecturers. Moreover, the learning activities are not confined to a classroom but involve practical laboratories, industry visits, participation in international competitions, and community service activities. Mechanical engineering is one of the most demanding expertise in the current Malaysian manufacturing industries. According to Industry 4WRD published by MITI, mechanical engineering is one of the Focus Sectors of Industry 4.0 in Malaysia.
