Program Description
Department of Information System was founded in 1998 as a result of the establishment of Faculty of Computer Science and Information System. The Department offers Software Engineering program at Bachelor, Masters and PhD levels.
The department focuses on main software engineering principles, methods and tools for software development. It’s also covers software project management techniques, requirement of CASE tools and the importance of software quality. The Software engineering program exposed the students to the techniques, instruments and methods of problem solving concerning software development processes. Besides that the students are also equipped with the soft skills knowledge in preparing them in the real world profession.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Have received a National Higher School Certificate (or an A Level or the equivalent of 12 years of primary education) with the minimum grade of 80% and above, OR Have obtained a Diploma from recognized Institutions with at least a CGPA of 3.00; AND Have fulfilled specific entrance requirements for some programmes, particularly in the sciences field.

is the medium of instruction at the University.
