يتعلم الطلاب القيادة والمهارات اللينة التي ستشكلهم في خريجين مؤهلين ومستعدين للانتقال بمهنهم إلى مستوى عالي

لأن هذا المنهج يستخدم WBL. بصرف النظر عن التركيز على الوظيفة ، يمكن اكتساب الخبرة العملية من خلال:
يتم تطوير مهارات حل المشكلات والتفكير التحليلي والنقدي والقيادة والعمل الجماعي من خلال التعلم القائم على المشكلات والقائم على المشاريع.
تم تصميم الرحلات الميدانية لتوسيع فهم الطالب لقطاع الضيافة.
المشاركة في الندوات وورش العمل التي يقودها قادة الصناعة وممثليها
تدريب حقيقي وخبرة في الفنادق المرموقة
