تتمتع UCSI بعلاقات وثيقة مع بعض شركات البناء الرائدة في الصناعة وستقوم بتطوير المعرفة المتخصصة في مجموعة واسعة من الموضوعات من اقتصاديات البناء إلى الاستدامة. ستفهم كيفية إدارة التكاليف طوال دورة حياة المشروع من التصميم المبكر إلى اكتمال المبنى. اتخذ الخطوة التالية واتبع أوراق اعتماد لتغيير قواعد اللعبة للتقدم السريع في صناعة البناء والاستشارات.

Foundation in Arts/ Science/ Equivalent
Minimum CGPA 2.5
STPM
(Arts/Science stream)
- Pass with minimum CGPA of 2.0 (or equivalent)
- Minimum Grade C for 3 subjects
A-Level
Minimum grade ‘D’ for 3 subjects including Mathematics
UEC
(Commerce/Science stream)
5 Credits (‘B’ grade) inclusive of Maths
National Matriculation
Minimum average of 60% in 6 subjects inclusive of: ** Additional Requirement
SAM
Minimum average of 70% in 5 subjects including Mathematics
CPU
Minimum average of 65% in 6 subjects including Mathematics
International Baccalaureate
Minimum 26/42 points from 6 subjects
(Minimum score of 4/7 in Mathematics)
Local Matriculation
Minimum CGPA 2.5
Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Degree/ equivalent
Minimum CGPA 2.67 or 60% overall marks from accredited Diploma in Quantity Surveying
AND
- Minimum credit Mathematics in SPM or grade ‘C’ in O-Level Subject to School discretion and credit transfer after reviewing transcript, syllabus description and portfolio
- Maximum 30% credit transfer
Monash University Foundation year (MUFY)
Minimum average of 55% inclusive of Mathematics
Other qualification deemed equivalent to STPM/A-Level by MQA
