في إطار منهج متوازن يهدف إلى توفير الاتساع والعمق عبر تخصصات هندسة البترول ، سيقوم الطلاب ببناء أساس متين في استكشاف النفط والغاز وإنتاجهما وتطويرهما أثناء إتقان الموضوعات الأساسية في جيولوجيا البترول واقتصاد البترول وإكمال الآبار.
في الكلية ، سيتمكن الطلاب من الوصول إلى المختبرات المجهزة جيدًا وأجهزة الكمبيوتر المتطورة المجهزة ببرامج هندسية مرخصة مثل NEXUS و COMPASS و t-navigator وغيرها من برامج محاكاة المكامن التجارية. كما ستفتح المشاريع القائمة على الصناعة الطريق للرؤى من خبراء الصناعة. بحلول نهاية هذا البرنامج الذي مدته أربع سنوات ، سيكونون قد تعلموا معالجة القضايا الملحة وتصميم حلول مبتكرة تفيد المجتمع والمنظمات.
